The Nintendo DSi has been confirmed by Nintendo. The device will have an MP3 player, a .3 (not to be mistaken for 3.0) megapixel camera, a built-in browser, a larger screen, as well as an online store similar to the Wii. What type of content will be on there is unknown, but I foresee a GB Virtual Console (or would it be Handheld?).

My friend told me that not too long ago. I like the camera part. It's pretty cool. You could talk to people through the camera. You'll need a USB to connect the the DS to the computer to add mp3s onto it.

There is no definite release date for most of the world. Japan has a release date of November 1st. The release date for everyone else is..."sometime next year".

There will be some games that can only be used on the DSi, because the cameras it has will be used for gameplay, but I doubt there will be many...
