| basically, give restaurants tiers from the highest to lowest. If you tier a local restaurant, you should describe it as best you can. I vote Red Lobster gets highest possible tier, and this one restaurant in Mexico City (used to live there), and they make the best taacos you could ever want, no doubt  | |
